Process automation and AI agents for SMEs in Tyrol
Copy-pasting between emails, spreadsheets and industry software costs small businesses hours every week. We build systems that handle these steps in the background: with the software you already use, and with AI where it actually helps.
What can be automated
- Moving data
- What gets typed from one program into the next today flows through integrations on its own. Captured once, it is available everywhere.
- Inquiries and quotes
- Customers configure standard products themselves and the inquiry arrives complete. At europegel: five steps to a buildable gauge board with a guide price.
- Bookings and payments
- Booking, deposit and confirmation run without email back-and-forth. At Time2Jump Dolomites: online booking with a deposit instead of inquiry chaos.
- Invoices and back office
- Incoming invoices, matching and filing are moved out of manual work step by step, without replacing the existing industry software. That is the staged plan for Lampe Reisen.
- Reports and KPIs
- A dashboard shows the current state, fed by the same data as daily operations, instead of a spreadsheet days later.
AI agents: where they help and where they do not
An AI agent is software that reads text, classifies it and prepares the next step, for example summarising an incoming inquiry, assigning it to a category and suggesting a reply. Decisions with consequences stay with a person: the agent prepares, your team approves.
Where a fixed rule is enough, we build a fixed rule. It is cheaper, faster and easier to follow. We use AI where inputs are inconsistent: free text, emails, scanned documents.
We process personal data only under a data processing agreement according to Art. 28 GDPR. Development and testing use sample data.
How a project runs
- Diagnosis
- 30 minutes, free. We look at what you do by hand and tell you openly whether a system pays off.
- Scope and fixed price
- The smallest scope that really solves the problem, with a fixed price per phase.
- Build
- Every week a preview address where you see the current state.
- Live and stable
- Launch under real conditions, followed by a two-week settling-in period in live operation.
Frequently asked questions
Questions about automation
Which processes should come first?
The ones that happen often, always run the same way and are done by hand today: moving data from one program to another, capturing inquiries, matching invoices, compiling reports. In the first call we look for the one process where a system pays off fastest.
Do I need to buy new software?
Usually not. We connect what you already use through the interfaces of your existing programs. If a program has no interface, we tell you beforehand and show the workaround.
What is an AI agent and do I need one?
An AI agent reads inconsistent inputs such as emails or invoices, classifies them and prepares the next step. Whether you need one depends on the process: if it follows fixed rules, classic automation is the better choice.
How long does a project take?
Simple workflow automations are often live in 1–2 weeks. More complex systems such as booking systems or data integrations typically take 3–6 weeks, from analysis to use in daily operations.
What happens to our data?
As soon as we get access to personal data, we sign a data processing agreement according to Art. 28 GDPR first. Development and testing use sample data, not real customer data.
Which process costs you the most time? We will find out in the first call.
