Adventure Tourism
From inquiry chaos to structured online booking with a deposit.
Time2Jump offers tandem jumps and AFF courses over the Dolomites — an experience that draws guests from across Europe. The booking behind it ran by hand: emails, phone calls, the calendar in someone’s head. Every inquiry was individual work, every confirmation a callback.
Without a structured online flow there were no committed bookings, no deposit logic, and no booking journey in the languages of the international audience. Anyone who wanted to jump on a whim had to wait until someone picked up the phone.
„A booking is only worth something once it’s committed.“
Skydiving depends on weather and capacity — a booking is only worth something once it’s committed. So the core wasn’t “a form” but a reliable sequence: availability, price, deposit, confirmation — without anyone chasing in the background.
Instead of a booking island, we built a platform the provider runs themselves: dates, bookings, and capacity in one place, multilingual down to Ladin.
A booking journey with availability logic
Date and capacity logic that shows open slots and prevents double bookings — the basis for committed online bookings.
Dynamic group pricing
The price follows automatically from jump type and group size — no more manual quote per inquiry.
A deposit-first model
Deposit online, the rest on site. That filters out non-committal inquiries and turns interest into a real booking.
A multilingual admin area
A dedicated area to manage dates and bookings — the provider stays independent and doesn’t have to outsource anything to us.
- Structured online booking instead of manual one-by-one handling.
- Deposit-first logic for more committed bookings and less idle time.
- A multilingual booking journey for the international audience (including Ladin).
- A dedicated admin area for independent management of dates and bookings.
For experience-based offerings, the deposit decides the quality of the pipeline. “Deposit-first” sounds like a detail, but it changes who books at all — many vague inquiries become a few committed ones. And multilingual support here isn’t a nice-to-have; it’s the ticket to the actual audience.
